Refund Policy: Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Dissatisfaction with the results of spell work is NOT grounds for a refund. Examples of good cause for refund would be damaged product packaging, lost or incorrect items, etc. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me. It is my aim to give you a magickal experience!

Privacy Policy: All client information is kept completely confidential, as is the subject matter of their purchases.

Shipping Policy: Shipping within the US is always FREE! International shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. Payment is required before shipment. All packages are shipped the same day or next day. If for any reason your package cannot be shipped within 3 days of purchase, you will be contacted directly.

Cancellation Policy: Readings and Consultations can always be rescheduled if an emergency arises. Please provide at least 1 hour notice (if possible) if you cannot make your appointment. Failing to arrive at your appointment without properly giving notice may result in refusal of future services.
